Which package is right for me?
It depends on your transaction volume, how often you want reporting, and how strategic you want us to be. As a guide: Bronze suits micro businesses, Silver suits established small businesses, Gold suits growing businesses needing tighter control, and Platinum suits businesses wanting forecasting and monthly strategy. We’ll recommend the right fit on a quick call.
What if my transaction volume changes?
We review your usage regularly. If you outgrow a package — or your volume drops — we move you to a level that’s fair for both sides. No drama, no clawbacks.
Do you work with Xero?
Yes. Xero is our primary platform and we’re certified specialists. If you’re on another system, we’ll help you migrate cleanly.
What's included vs quoted separately?
Bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting and the meetings listed in each package are included. Activity Statement (BAS/IAS) lodgement is quoted separately based on your ATO frequency. Payroll processing is quoted separately based on the number of employees and their pay frequency. Tax returns and additional advisory work are scoped separately so pricing stays fair and predictable.
How quickly can we get started?
Most clients are onboarded within 1–2 weeks. We’ll align with the start of a clean BAS or month-end period wherever possible.
How much input is required from me?
Very little. After a short onboarding, most clients spend less than 30 minutes a month with us — we handle the rest and surface only what needs your attention.
